I’ve told ya’ll about my commitment to weight loss. Well, the way I do it is with Weight Watchers.
I am a Lifetime Member at WW because in the distant past I lost over 40 pounds to reach and maintain (for a little while) my goal weight. I also admit that, since gaining back weight, I’ve re-tried WW more than once. The reason it didn’t work the 2nd or 3rd (or 4th…) times is not because it is a bad program. It was because I chose not to be committed to my own success. Now, I’m committed and have already lost 23 pounds.
What Weight Watchers isn’t… everybody making you share how much you lost or gained, the announcement of your current weight or your goal weight, anyone all up in your business.
What Weight Watchers is… moral support, sharing tips and ideas, celebrating milestones and victories, educating yourself.
Beginning next Tuesday, I am going to start sharing some of my most successful food and fitness tips with you. It’s kind of like we do at the meetings. When you find something that works, share it! I will even put up a Mr. Linky (if I can figure out how) so you can join in and share your tips too. So get ready. Here is a button if you would like to add it to your blog:
