Now, let me warn you first… I haven’t had very good experiences with Walgreens lately. I have had a cashier tell me, “don’t bother trying these coupons at another store,” and an assistant manager tell me, “what, you don’t know how to read?” So, try these at your own risk. You may have a very smooth transaction and you may not.

Walgreens has Chex Mix on sale for $0.99 a bag. You can use the $1.00 off coupon from this site to get it for free. I tried to purchase 2 of these. One coupon worked fine, one would not go through. I have no idea why, so I only bought one. I may try the second coupon again later in the week.

They also have Excedrin 24 ct. on sale for $1.99. (So does CVS so this would work at either store.) Use with the $2.00 off coupon that you can print from here and get it for free.

Since the coupons are for $0.01 more than the price of the item, they may have to be adjusted to the price of the item. In my case, all of the coupons went through (1 chex and 3 excedrins) at the value on the coupon except the one chex coupon that wouldn’t work at all. I would suggest buying something small like a pack of gum or a candy bar, mmmm…chocolate. This way the extra cents will go toward your additional purchase, because most likely, the register won’t allow a negative balance.

Right now, I am only posting deals that use coupons printed directly from the internet. To do some of the other deals that I do, I purchase 2 Sunday papers (Miami Herald because they are only $0.50 each). (You didn’t miss anything if you didn’t buy the paper this Sunday, for whatever reason they don’t include coupon inserts in papers on holiday weekends.)
